Baking Instructions

You Will Need
• Cake mix
• 350ml boiling water
• 125g butter

Method

1. Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced
2. Pour cake mix into a bowl
3. Add melted butter and boiling water, whisk to combine
4. Grease and line an 8-inch cake tin
5. Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until cooked through
6. Allow to cool and refrigerate in the tin for 2 hours before removing
