Since 2013, My Country Escape has welcomed customers to relax, browse, and stay a while at our flagship store, located at 29 Christie Street, Canungra, Queensland 4275.
Seeking to curate aboutique shopping experience, Michelle and the team have established a homewares and fashion retail store that offers refined timeless pieces whilst delivering a memorable retail experience.
Our storefront was historically home to a haberdashery and a Retrovision,
before becoming a location known for boutique retail experiences. Through the support
of our loyal customer base and local community, My Country Escape has grown to
become a destination store. As the store expanded, My Country Escape transformed it’s
storefront through a comprehensive renovation. Using local builders, the renovation
modernised the storefront to integrate a sophisticated feel to the business.
Featuring brands such as Bianca Lorenne, Baya Living, Ecoya and Maine Beach, My
Country Escape offers classic products that align with our vision. This is further
supported through our instore florist Lydia’s Garden who offers beautiful bouquets and
custom floral offerings.
In 2024, the establishment of our new online storefront allows for the My Country
Escape experience to be delivered at home. This will be enhanced through the upcoming
development of a warehouse behind our flagship store in late 2024.
