Returns Policy

At My Country Escape, we take care in selecting quality pieces for you to enjoy. We follow Australian Consumer Law and Queensland guidelines regarding refunds and returns.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including incorrect size or personal preference.

At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit. Requests must meet the conditions below and are not guaranteed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

This may include a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Our Product Guarantee

We guarantee that all products sold by My Country Escape are:

Of acceptable quality
Fit for their intended purpose
As described

Returns Conditions

If you believe your item has a fault or issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused and unworn
All original tags must be attached
Items must be in original condition
Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

If your return is approved:

Customers are responsible for returning items to My Country Escape
Return postage costs are generally the responsibility of the customer
If an item is confirmed to have a major fault, we will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law, which may include covering reasonable return costs where required
Where possible, we will first look to repair or replace the item
If a replacement is not available, a store credit or refund may be offered

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless a store credit is requested.

Order Cancellations

My Country Escape reserves the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it. In this case, a full refund or store credit will be provided.
