You Will Need
• Cake mix
• 350ml boiling water
• 125g butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced
- Pour cake mix into a bowl
- Add melted butter and boiling water, whisk to combine
- Grease and line an 8-inch cake tin
- Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until cooked through
- Allow to cool and refrigerate in the tin for 2 hours before removing
